english use 25 frame rate :)

After effects cs5 << to preview, press RAM view, at the end of the preview bar

composition is a container for all the animation, all the pix

make sure at the top, there is only the comp open

move all the mountains so they go to seconds/frames

clicking on wave form allows you to tune your animation to the music
